Community Members' Perceptions about Prioritization of Issues Survey

This tool is a survey that measures a shift in social norms. This specific survey elicits data community members' view of how others in the community prioritize issues compared to their personal prioritization. Example questions are: How seriously do you think your community treats each of the following problems? How seriously do you treat each of the following problems? Rated from 1-4 (not very seriously to seriously). Problems listed include living wage, early education, access to health care, child abuse, K-12 education, environmental issues, transportation, privacy issues, drug and alcohol abuse, teen pregnancy.
